How to Choose a Remote-Controlled Mower for Your Property

Start with a site description

A useful mower enquiry begins with the place where the machine will work. Is the property an orchard, a private estate, a roadside maintenance area or an open field? Describe the ground surface, approximate mowing area and how often the vegetation is cut. These details make a quotation more meaningful than a request for the largest engine available.

Photographs should show both the overall site and its difficult sections. Include narrow entrances, obstacles and transitions between different ground levels. A short video can help explain conditions that are difficult to describe in writing.

Compare complete machines

List the maximum machine dimensions your gates and transport vehicle can accommodate. Keep overall width separate from cutting width: a mower may fit the cutting task but not the route into the property. Request the operating weight and transport dimensions of the exact configuration being quoted.

Next, compare the cutting system, control functions, service access and replacement parts information. Ask the supplier to identify which specifications are standard and which depend on optional equipment. Do not assume two similarly named models have the same construction.

Prepare a clear enquiry

Send your intended use, vegetation photographs, access measurements, delivery country and required quantity together. Include any slope measurements and ask for the model-specific operating limits in writing. A recommendation should explain why the proposed machine matches these conditions.

AC Machinery can discuss available mower models and configurations using this information. Final suitability should be checked against the selected machine’s documentation before an order is confirmed.
